Shiny-Control Group Conducts In-depth Visit to Hongsi Tiancheng’s Production Base in Wuqing, Tianjin
On the afternoon of August 20, 2026, the Shiny-Control Group paid an in-depth visit to Hongsi Tiancheng’s production base located in Wuqing, Tianjin. The two sides held pragmatic discussions covering complete-set equipment cooperation and international certification alignment. This marks a key practice for Shiny-Control to consolidate the supply-chain foundation for global industrial-oriented exports.
Upon entering Hongsi Tiancheng’s production workshop, the visiting team observed ongoing manufacturing of PLC control cabinets and complete-solutions for power distribution systems, which left a deep impression. As a capital-intensive manufacturer, Hongsi Tiancheng is capable of designing and producing complete-set panels and PLC cabinets. On-site discussions were held regarding product classification and technical specifications for prefabricated container-style modular enclosures and box-type transformers.
Following the workshop tour, both parties exchanged views on product lines, technical status and overseas-market adaptability. Hongsi Tiancheng mainly adopts Siemens components, which account for over 20 % of its bill-of-materials. Overseas customers impose clear requirements on genuine original components together with corresponding certificates and stamped documentation. Beyond product positioning, model specifications and technical parameters, the participants noted that many overseas customers follow legacy drawings for construction work. Renovation and expansion projects are largely drawing-driven, with relatively lenient certification requirements.
Subsequent special-topic negotiations featured thorough deliberations on supply-chain collaboration, overseas-business cooperation models, project docking & delivery, and international-certification deployment, yielding preliminary consensus on future cooperation pathways.
The two parties boast strong business complementarity: Hongsi Tiancheng possesses manufacturing capacity and complete low-voltage qualification credentials. Shiny-Control operates as an asset-light foreign-trade team with access to overseas-customer resources and market channels. Together they can establish a collaborative “front-end customer acquisition plus back-end delivery” model. In practical business execution, Shiny-Control may directly introduce customers for business alignment, while Hongsi Tiancheng takes charge of technical negotiations and shipment delivery. Payments can be remitted directly to the manufacturer’s account. Internal workflows and settlement terms are flexibly negotiable to boost project-execution efficiency.
For international-market expansion, the participants focused on certification barriers and localisation pathways across different regions. Within Asia, Japan requires BIS-equivalent certification, whereas certification implementation is comparatively feasible for South Korea and other Asian territories. European and American markets present complex certification thresholds. For the United States, in addition to UL certification, regulations vary from state to state, alongside multi-dimensional requirements covering energy consumption and chemical-substance content. UR represents a mandatory baseline certification that requires membership fees for number allocation plus long-term maintenance; one-off certification cannot deliver lasting benefits.
Shiny-Control is advancing compliance with governmental regulations for selected US states. Both sides agreed to prioritise progress over short-term costs in the initial phase: project profits will offset certification expenditures to ease pressure on the manufacturer. Alternative solutions via certification-body channels may also be leveraged to facilitate shipments and secure market acceptance. Joint-application approaches will be adopted to break through international-certification barriers.
Views were also shared on team-capacity building. The Shiny-Control Group consists predominantly of post-1995 generation professionals, energetic and well-suited for time-zone-adapted foreign-trade workflows serving US-Canada (12-hour time difference), European and Southeast-Asian markets. Nevertheless, the team’s prior focus lay on component-level business, lacking systematic knowledge of complete cabinet-type assemblies. Drawing on past positive outcomes from external technical briefings, both sides agreed to launch regular technical training via special-topic meetings, PPT presentations and video sharing sessions. These initiatives will fill knowledge gaps for complete-set cabinet products, enhance professional communication capabilities when engaging overseas clients, and drive deeper-level cooperation.
This site visit, business talks and agreed-upon cooperation constitute a vital milestone in Shiny-Control’s overseas-oriented supply-chain development. Leveraging complementary strengths, Shiny-Control will reinforce its manufacturing-side capabilities for complete power-distribution equipment and jointly deliver integrated complete-set-equipment solutions for global markets together with Hongsi Tiancheng.
Supply-chain development is a long-term undertaking. Every site inspection, every technical exchange and every reached consensus builds momentum for enterprises going global. Going forward, both parties will uphold an open-win-win mindset, capitalise on respective strengths, jointly explore overseas markets, and support steady, sustainable export growth for complete-set-equipment businesses.
