Job Responsibilities：

Job Responsibilities：
1. Be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial control equipment (PLC, frequency converters, contactors, etc.) and power distribution equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
2. Connect with customers' technical needs, provide pre-sales technical consultation, assist in formulating solutions, offer after-sales technical support and on-site services, and solve technical problems encountered by customers during use;
3. Cooperate with the sales team to carry out technical support work, and assist in completing product demonstrations, technical training and other related matters;
4. Be responsible for the collation and update of the company's product technical data, as well as the collection and analysis of technical issues, so as to formulate and optimize solutions;
5. Be familiar with the technical parameters of Schneider and other related brand products, and assist in product selection, technical adaptation and other work;
6. Complete other technical tasks assigned by the company.
Experience Requirements：
1. 1-3 years or more of relevant technical work experience in electrical and industrial control; priority is given to those with work experience related to Schneider products and familiarity with automatic control systems;
2. Proficient in PLC programming and frequency converter commissioning, familiar with electrical control principles and power distribution systems, able to read electrical schematics, and have the ability to independently solve technical problems;
3. Possess good communication skills, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, and able to adapt to occasional business trips (as needed);
4. Preferred qualifications: Hold an electrician's certificate and relevant industrial control technical certificates; priority is given to those with customer service experience in the electromechanical market and industrial control industry.
